People with the kanji to the numbers of cards are being attacked by an unknown person. It all leads them to the Aqua Crystal, an elite soon-to-open overwater glass dome resort. Conan and Ran, along with Mouri, Megure, and all the other targets go there, only to be trapped. Time is running out for them to find the murderer before he succesfully manages to kill them all.
