Video:

Considering the age of the show, it's really perfect ! Colors are vivid and it's really pleasant. But don't expect the quality you usually get with newer series.

Audio:

Just like the others 80s series, the Japanese track is mono. English track is in stereo though.

Subtitle:

Ripped from the R1 DVDs so the translation is perfect. I didn't see any sync issue (I noticed one in the Part 2 set). And just like the part 2, you can choose among two sets of subs : the perfect translation of japanese dialogue and dubtitles.

Comment:

The last part that leads to DBZ series, it's not as fun as the previous episodes but I was never bored, there is always something in each episode. I hope MAC will release the missing sets soon.

Video:

The video is AWESOME!!! no problems at all, even on the third disc who contains 16 episodes.

Audio:

In english, the sound is perfect. In japanese, it is good but sometimes the voices seems to be a little too low compare to the rest of the sound, but it's still good.

Subtitle:

The subtitles are well synchronised and there is no errors at all...

Comment:

It's cool to get all those episodes in one Box(Compare to R1 funimation who gives it in 4 Boxes). By the way, it is a funimation Rip because then, at the end of each ending song, the image gone black but we still ear the Funimation beat. I can't wait for part 3 who is not release yet.
