Video:

The quality stays consistent throughout these DBZ MI sets. The video and color is crisp and clear. No matter if I am watching it on a 34" TV or a 20" TV... The colors are so vivid and perfect. Pixelation, if any, is very hard to notice and may only be noticable by pausing or looking close to your television.

Audio:

The R1's have the original mono sound that DBZ was made in... Yet, MI decided to produce a pseudo-stereo effect with their sets. The result is no echoing and clear audio. It is not real stereo sound like Dolby 5.1, but this wasn't how DBZ was produced in the first place. You will hear every yell and action noise perfectly.

Subtitle:

The only reason the score gets bumped in this category is bad name translations. But, the story is still very easy to follow besides this annoying little factor. Majin Buu is translated to Monster Dabura is translated to Deborah Cell is translated to Super, again Kaioshin gets translated to Emperor God Kamehameha is translated to Roshi Technique or Roshi Technique Ball Kuririn/Krillin gets translated to Krullin, like always Goten calls people Uncle, Gohan still calls people Uncle too... (IE: Uncle Piccolo, Uncle Vegeta, etc.) Videl is known as Pearl Yamcha is known as Yimcha Dende is Tintin Fusion is translated to merger Nail is known as Neil Kibito is translated to Dean Korin is translated to Kalim The Zed Sword/Z Sword gets known as The Emperor Sword The Elder Kai gets translated to Peter, lol weird huh? Kaioshin's Planet is translated to Kami's Place or Emperor City An odd term which we see now and then throughout these sets are... "Don't stand on ceremony" which I think is supposed to mean "Don't take your time" or "Hurry up" Just to fill you guys in on that one.

Comment:

Well the series is getting closer and closer to the end. The explosive showdown is creeping near. Trunks and Goten are training hard to learn the fusion correctly to become Gotenks. Gokou shows his ultimate SSJ3 strength to Majin Buu to stall for time, while Satan falls in loveable friendship with Buu. This set ends with Good Buu versus Evil Buu. It is only starting....

Video:

Almost no skipping problems. Pixilation is the same as the other sets, almost nonexistent.

Audio:

The audio is very good. Nothing to complain about.

Subtitle:

The subtitles are pretty good. There is much less Engrish in these later sets. Still havn't fixed the problem names though. Yamcha still = Yincha, Videl = Pearl and such. You always know what's going on though.
