Pretty good, probably R2 quality, no pixellation, no blurry or grainy scene. The only complaint I got is the lighting on some scene is too bright to my taste. Besides that, the rest is okay. Simply awseome. There is a few mispelled words like boder=border. However, Shame Clinic has the infamous chinese name instead of the original japanese names. Some names are easy to understand but some are a little difficult to understand the first times. Quite frankly, Shame Clinic was a great hentai.
