perfect transfer for both the oavs, nice to have them both on a single dvd. about the art itself it's disappointingly poor, except for the main evil charachter who looks gorgeous. I dunno if it's my player, but in some action scenes the image gets splitted in horizontal black and white lines (i experienced this problem trying to make divx from dvds too).

the name of this anime is "Sukeban Deka" not "sukebEn". it means "young delinquent cop": coming from a shoujo manga by the same author of Pigmalio (Shinji Wada), it's so much famous in Japan that it got a drama back in the '80s. you can see a lot of stereotipyed charachters from the typical '70s manga and anime: beautiful and evil trio of rich girls at school, idols of all the yougers, main charachter who's a beautiful androginous and apparently cold girl. the menu is diappointing : no chapter breaks for the two oavs, you have to ffw to go to the scene you need to view.
