No problems here audio is great.

Subtitle:

There really to good to be HK originals.... BUT they dont cover background conversations or songs... This can be annoying at times but you dont miss anything important.

Comment:

This is an outdated set, but passable if you can pick it up really cheap. For such a great movie I would suggest either R1 or R1 rip.

what an incredibly sad movie!!!! i cant believe itm for anyone with japanese in their blood, it hits a spot in you..... anyway video:4.5 a bit scratchy at some points.... subtitles:4 a few typos but other than that it was understandable overall: worth the 9 bucks!

This anime is very, very sad. The only one to ever bring a tear to my eye... ;_; Video-- (3.5/5) It could have been better. It wasn't neciasarily BAD, but it still could have been LOADS better. Audio-- (4/5) Wow! The audio is near perfect! Very fine, indeed! Subtitles-- (3.5/5) Erm... The subs could have used a little work. There was some occasional bad grammer and typos, but they were still very comprehensible. Content-- (5/5) Miyazaki and Takahata are my all-time favorite anime directors! This is a wonderful movie, but, personally, I would suggest waiting as few months until CPM releases the Specal Edition dvd.
