Video:

The video quality was good but had pixelation throughout the movie. The color looked a little dull.

Audio:

Everything sounded right so no complaints here.

Subtitle:

It's above the average HKDVD subtitles definitely. Spelling for the most part was good but the grammar wasn't so great and they didn't know when to stop showing a sentence and making another so you'd end up reading a sentence from say Zoro then Luffy's sentence would be right under so you wouldn't hear him saying it 'till after you read it. They also didn't subtitle the extra at all. A lot better then previous HKDVD OP movies/TV specials.

My favorite One Piece movie just because of that short racing scene they had. I thought it was about time there was some OP racing scene...
