The video quality was very good I didn?t notice any pixelation despite the age of this show. Unless my info is wrong this series is over ten years old now so the source must have been pretty good and it was ripped quite well.
Audio:
The audio was loud and clear everything was great here just like every other set that I?ve run into.

Comment:
This was pretty interesting despite the fact that I haven?t seen the Captain Tylor TV series it was very amusing to watch his ways and hear everyone constantly talk about how his luck is all that saves him. The only problem I saw was the ending it just didn?t seem complete unless I missed something oh well. Despite the ending it is very entertaining and worth checking out.

Video: 4.8 Disc one: Absolutely perfect, must be an R1 rip by the looks of it truely awsome video, superior to every other HK set that I have seen before. Disc two: Here you can see signs of compression(probably because this disc holds more than the other two), in the fast moving scenes there is some pixelation but nothing to detract from the set much at all. Audio: Excellent, crisp, clear and none of the buzzing that you get in some HK sets. Music works well with the set as well. Subtitle: I mean it when I say that I could not find any flaws! Superb subtitles, well of course it is an R1 rip after all. Character design: It looks like there was a change in management at the early stage of this series's production, in the first few episodes the characters have the same look as in the tv series but after that it looks like some of the characters got drastic makeovers. In this set you dig deeper into the past of the charecters, the only negative part of this was that they left some people untouched such as the doc. Packaging: Nice, neat, seperate and identicle cases for each dvd. Same with the disc art, but it is better than some of the Mac cases. Overall : In my opinion this is a great set, the episodes don't leave you in aww or laghing like in the tv series but instead smiling or screaming but the fact is that it really plays on your emotions. If you own and love the tv series this is a must have, if you wern't really impressed with the tv series I wouldn't recomend it. I can't say this is as good as the tv but it sure as hell is a better followup than others that I have seen. Disc three: same as disc one,

This set is just like the Captain Tylor TV series set by Anime Studio. It is a Region 1 rip. The subtitles and everything are perfect. The English dub is even included. This set gets all 5s!

This is a great show and i recommend to everyone. This set, along with the TV series, is a direct rip of the US releases... no problems whatsoever...
