Video:
The video is good, almost no pixelation, the colors are a bit washed out and some vhs (very little and thin) lines appear once in a while, but dont worry, not noticeable. At the beginning of every episode you will find some chinese letters on the bottom of the screen, they must be Hk tv announcements, its only 10 seconds. On some other episodes those same letters run across the screen from right to left (also 10 to 15 secs.). Only on one episode on the 2nd DVD,at some point the screen will be full with chinese letters for almost a minute which is really annoying,it seems there was a crash on a major HK freeway and they were announcing the news about it because some "12 km" words appear,i dont know,im only guessing....,if someone knows chinese i would like to know at leats what do they mean.
Audio:
Audio is pretty good,no noticeable glitches, but it is not as crisp as say an original DVD (bare in mind its a Tv rip) thats why i wont put it 5 stars.

Comment:
Mac and Anime Cartoon were one of the first to bring this episodes on DVD,along with MI,so they are tv rips, and being tv rips i must say that the quality is good, but still theres a lot of room for improvement, specially on the subs, obvously you will end up figuring out what the characters are saying, but it drives you off the story and you may want to turn off your DVD at some point,so it becomes a character issue. If you think you can't handle average subs, then don't buy it and wait for the R-1 or FX to release this episodes,or you could learn Japanese and turn off those annoying subs, then you will certainly enjoy the good Video and Audio quality of this DVD set. Me?,nah, i just gave it away for a birthday present.
