First two DVD: TV rip, with vetical lines showing on the opening sequence, a little grainy on the fighting scene, no pixellation or blurry scene, the episodes are in full screen mode Third DVD: Episode 110-115 R2 DVD rip, pixellated in almost every fast/action scene but it looked better than the previous DVD's I watched Episode 116-118: Back to TV rip (bad ones), same as the first two DVD
Audio:
No problem detected, the second opening songs gets finally changed on Episode 116, but I really liked that song that spanned from Episode 50 to 116

Comment:
This is by far the best Part of One Piece, with plenty of fighting scene Here's the new character's in Part 4 Mr 1: the second stronger fighter of the baroque Walker behind Clock Dell. He ate the chop fruit so his arms and fingers are blades of steel, he can cut to anything including bridges and houses, wicked cool Miss Double Finger: Mr 1 partner, she hate the spike fruit so she can transform any part of her body into deadly needle to kill any opponent within a mile away Mr 4: He ate the strong fruit so he can swing a 2 tonne bat that can cause major damage to a opponent, his dog cannon can shoot a baseball ball at him so he can put more strenght to the ball for heavy damage Miss Merry Christmas: Mr 4 partner, she ate the weasel fruit so she can dug holes in the ground and pop out out of nowhere for a sneak attach for below and drag him by the feet into a brick wall The strongest fighter of Baroque Walker agaisnt Luffy gang were awseome to see, here's the matchup of it Usopp and Chopper against Mr 4 and Miss Merry Christmas (great fight) Sanji against Mr 2 the ballet dancer - Mr 2 is funny as hell with his ballet outfit and swans on his back Miss Double Finger against Namy : Namy with her new weapon and gigolo outfit, what a combinaison Zoro against Mr 1: It's not over after Episode 118 (it's blades against blades) Luffy against Clock Dell in a rematch Princess Vivi against Miss All Sunday By far, Sanji and Mr 2 battle was the best so far, kick against kick wicked cool to see, he transform his face to Namy so Sanji gets distracted and gets beat up a lot. Mr 2 really cracks me up with his ballet outfit, this guy has to be the best villain in anime to date (or the weidest so to speak) I really enjoyed Clock Dell plan to make the King w/his subject and the rebel faction fighting each other, really really clever. Mr 2 does the finishing touch and a out of control battle begins Wih the ending of Part 4 at Episode 118, I felt robbed because there are no Part 5 to buy and the final showdown is not included in it. After the end of 118, the first three fight are over but the rest is yet to come. How come they didn't make Part 4 52 episodes like Part 1 so we can see the end of the Clock Dell saga. DVD designer BAKA Plenty of laugh in this one, whenever the crewmember of Luffy have a argument between each other, Namy punches everybody so that they all calm down, Sanji goes crazy around Namy whenever she has her gigolo outfit and Luffy doing the complete opposite of what his crew tell him to do a.k.a he's reckless Overall, One Piece gets better and better as the story progresses, there are near 200 episodes so far in Japan so expect a lot of wackiness of Luffy and the gang so I can wait to get the rest of it, great show HIGHLY RECOMMANDED What really pissed me off in Part 4 is that they changed opening sequence in Episode 116, however, they put a HUGE SPOILER IN IT. I'm not telling you who it is but Luffy has a new crewmember after the Clock Dell saga Since there are no Part 5 of it, there are no more review to do about this series, I'm not planning to buy the other Part if they get ever released, I already downloaded Episode 119-120 fansub by N-F, so If were you, download it, the best is yet to come Extras: Slideshow and character's design in the 3rd DVD Packaging: (Starting clockwise from the upper left): Chopper, Ace, Zoro, Luffy and Usopp and King Kobula castle in the background, most colorful cover of the One Piece Part so far Episode per DVD: 1rst DVD : Episode 98-104 DVD9 encoding 2nd DVD : Episode 105-109 DVD5 encoding 3rd DVD : Episode 110-118 DVD9 encoding

First 2 discs are below average TV Rips, 3rd Disc 1st five eps are DVD rips and last 4 eps are also TV rips. What can I say the majority of episodes here are TV Rips. Im generous to give it a rating of 3.0.
Audio:
Not much problems here. Although they are TV rips, the sound seems fine.

Comment:
This is the only set to go past episode 97. You can buy separate volumes but this is more recommended. I guess people buying for collection wont be too happy as the majority of the episodes lack in video quality. Hardcore fans will want this as this saga in the story is really awsome. It could be awhile for new releases of better quality in video but this seems to be the only set available at this moment.
