Part 3 of One Piece is a mixup of tv/dvd rip, here's the rundown of it: Episode 80-89: DVD rip Episode 90-91: TV rip (both are special episodes) Episode 92-95: DVD rip Episode 96-97: TV rip There are some pixellation in every episode whenever there is a action/fast moving scene however it is less pixellated in episode 94-95 where only the ending is pixellated The TV rip are okay, it only shows in the opening sequence but it's watchable

Part 3 was good but not as much as Part 1 and 2 The 2nd DVD mostly talks about Choppa, the deer doctor so there is not much action in it. Luffy tries to recruit him on board his shop but he has difficulty to convince him at first but he must get his demon out of his head first. The new enemy's were fun to watch like: Warped: His jaws are made of solid steel so he can chew basically anything, he can eat a wooden ship if he wants. His body is made of metal so it's hard to hurt him (a sword doesn't scrach him). He has multiple transformation like he can eat his own body to make himself thinner for more speed. Good stuff Mr 2: This guy made me laugh alot especially his costume, he dresses like a ballet dancer and his garment on his jacket are a pair of wing featuring a swan on each side. HAHAHAHAHAHA . He ate the devil fruit so he can change his face into anybody he wishes for. Hope to see him again on Part 4 because you only see him in 2 episodes Clark Dell: Baroque Works leader, the devil fruit he ate allows him to speed time so whenever he gets attacked, he changes his enemy's bodies into mummies skeleton, awseome power he has. Can wait to see him against Luffy Colonel Smoke: The navy's/marine colonel from Part 2 is back, he ate the smoke fruit so his body becomes smoke and launch a attack which foes can't escape, he hunts pirates and Luffy is on the top of his list. Good enemy And on the good side: Ace: Luffy's brother, he ate the fire fruit so his body becomes a raging inferno and blasts and burn anything he touches He hasn't meet his brother in 3 years so when they teammed up, watch out cause there are deadly Choppa: The deer doctor, he ate the human fruit so his animal changes into a human form but he has a 7 transformation stage so he can choose his strenght/speed/agility according to the situation. I like the way he talks. Doctor Kureha: She's 130 years old but she has one hell of an attiude, flattery with her only result in her beating the crap out of you, she's the best out there and only her can save Namy from this deadly disease. Granny rules baby There are many funny moments in Part 3 like Luffy and Usopp are fishing and they used Vivi pet duck for a hook, when Vivi see it, she smashed their head together HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Another one is Sanji goes shopping and buys clothes for Vivi and Namy but he buys them gigolo outfit (sexy ones) HAHAHAHA and many more with Luffy getting everybody in trouble even if he is a decoy Not much battle scene in it. Luffy and Ace together were fun to see. Zoro doesn't fight much in it but Choppa versus Warped was fun to watch but Part 3 is basically Choppa past and joining Luffy. The best battle scene was Ace against Colonel Smoke on Episode 95 Overall, it was good but not like Part 1 and 2, but with plenty of laughter, it was very enjoyable. Can't wait to start Part 4 HIGHLY RECOMMANDED but NOT THE AV SET (because of the sub) Extras: Textless ending and character/background design in all 3 DVD's Episodes: 1rst DVD Episode 80-86 2nd DVD Episode 87-93 3rd DVD Episode 94-97 (Only 4 episodes, common) Packaging: Namy and Vivi in gigolo outfits (Drool, drool) with Luffy, Choppa, Usopp and Zoro in Arabastiens outfits (the one in this site is the wrong cover)

Actually Some video is 4.5 and others are 2.0. Disc 1 is all dvd rip, Disc 2 has 5 eps of dvd rip and 4 eps of below average TV rip, Disc 3 has 2 eps of dvd rip and 2 eps of tv rip. All DVD Rips are 4.5 while all TV rips are 2.0.

Overall a great set worth keeping. The only problem is the video as there are 6 eps of below average TV rip. At least there are more DVD rips than TV rips.
