Video:
Beautiful video... once you find a DVD player that will load the DVD. I had problems with both discs on my Sony DVP-NS315 (unable to load DVDs) and my PC's DVD-Rom drive... however, the discs both played perfectly on my junky Malata DVD player, and my PS2. Go figure.
EDIT: I found that I am able to play both of these DVD's without issue on my Sony DVD player... if I put the disc in, power the DVD player off, and power it on with the disc in. Then both DVDs load fine. Why? Who knows. Don't ask me. ;)
Audio:
Sounds great in both Japanese voice track and English. The music comes through clear and crisp. Typical of a solid FX release.

Comment:
Solid series, through and through. I was a little disappointed with the problem playing the DVDs in a couple of my players... I had the same issue with the Rurouni Kenshin OVA set from FX... it must have been the DVD media they used.. just couldn't load it in my higher end players. Ah well... small complaint, really. Worth picking up if you like the goth/horror type of show... though it wasn't -too- serious to swallow, thankfully (due to a good deal of silliness interspersed throughout the show). Recommended viewing.
