Video:

The Video Quality is pretty good. It looks more like a very well done VHS rip than like a DVD. But nothing to worry about.

Audio:

Nothing special here. Audio and Video are sync. It's clear and without any noise. But since it's only Dolby 2.0 I wont give more than 4 Stars.

Subtitle:

The subtitles are really BAD. Thanks to a big Font with white Letters and Black Outline they are good to read. But the translation is awfull. Althoug I don't understand japanese I can clearly tell you that the Names for the characters are not the same as in the japanese Audio track or in the Anime-Keep Fansub. For example the "scrapped Princess" is titled as "trashed princess". Further more some long sentences are splitt up in short parts which are shown only for a very short time and so it's hard to read. Overall it's an awfull translation.

Comment:

Scrapped Princess is a very good series. I can highly recommend this. But I can't recomend this DVD at all. The awfull Subs will ruin the whole joy of the show unless you can understand the japanese audio track without subtitles. Although the video qualtiy is fine, the Anime-Keep DivX Fansubs are far better. Not only in terms of subtitle qulity but also in terms of picture quality.
