1rst DVD 5/5: R2 DVD rip, stunning graphic, no pixellation. There were 2 scenes (Aoi and Kaoru childhood flashback) where the lighting is a little too bright but it's very insignificant compared to the rest. 2nd DVD 5/5: Same as 1rst 3rd DVD: 3,5/5: TV rip, 2 vertical lines appearing on the left side off the TV , ghostly figures on all 6 episodes. It seems that the 3rd DVD of all 3 DVD set of Animation Video is a TV rip, for example look at my review of Azumanga Daioh, Chobits and Tenchi Muyo GXP, the 3rd DVD is a TV rip while the first 2 DVD are R2 DVD rip (except in Tenchi GXP, all 3 DVD are TV rip)
Audio:
No complaint, I loved the opening song very much.

Comment:
I liked the anime a lot. It starts like a romance story between Aoi and Kaoru but after the 4th episode, it starting to become like a Love Hina anime, here's the comparaison of the character of both anime Kaoru = Keitaro Aoi = Naru Chika = Sue (They look and act the same) Tina = Kitsune (Drink booze a lot) Miyabi = Makoto (Very strict) Taeko = Shinobu (minus the breast size, both loves cooking) There are more romantic spot in AYA than LH, all the girl falls in love with Kaoru in separate episode. The ending was great to see. I can't wait to see the sequel of it Ai Yori Aoshi - Enishi. If you are a Love Hina fan, then it's for you. Give it a try and you'll love the romantic scene in this anime. HIGHLY recommanded Extras in DVD Textless opening (first and second song) Textless ending (first and second song) Commercial spot TV trailers All 3 DVD are DVD9's format
