Video:
It is a TV rip! A bad one too! Seems whatever video device they used to record this show was either too old, or it needed some serious cleaning. The picture is not grainy, but there is ghosting happening everywhere. Definitely not what you would expect from a DVD.
Audio:
Dolby digital 2.0. Sound is good in this release but that alone will not make up for the picture quality.

Comment:
Last Exile is a great series! Definitely one of the best series released so far in 2003. The mecha is a good mixture between old/futuristic looking. The story is very engaging and the relationship between characters is very interesting.
