Perfect Region 1 Rip. Audio, Video, and Subs are all A+. Wish Anime Studio would have done more R1 rips like this.

The Audio, Video, & Subs are all perfect (Quality on par with US releases). The only minor problems was that the subs were done in the older font that is not as easy to read as the new style, but this was not distracting. The audio also had 2 out of 12 episodes available in english. I did not know what to expect when watching this DVD. I read a bit of the manga and thought that the idea was neat...guy eats a bunch of metal and produces a huge gun that kills the bad guy. The storyline does not get much deeper than this. However, I enjoyed every single episode. The character development focused more on the characters in the sub plots, then on the main character Bolt Crank...but this added a little mystique to his character. The only thing that bothered me was that the animation (specifically the characters clothes) were really bland. Well, I am very happy about this release the quality was perfect and the show was very enjoyable.
