Video - 4/5 Didn't look quite as good as DVD. I think it may have been an LD rip. That's what it looked like. Still very good. Audio - 4/5 No problems Subs - 1/5 What a damn shame. After waiting for so long to see Street Fighter II in Japanese I get it with bad subs. The timing is horrible. The grammar is bad and so is the sentence structure. The names are all spelled wrong except for Ken and they called the villains by their ENGLISH names which isn't good. Let me explain what I mean. The main villain known as M. Bison in the USA is really called Vega in Japan. The villain from Spain known as Vega in the USA is really called Balrog in Japan. And the American boxer known as Balrog in the USA is really called M. Bison in Japan. The M stands for Mike. Get it? Mike Bison (rhymes with Mike Tyson). Anyway, for some reason the names were switched around when the SF2 video game came to the USA. The subtitles should be calling the villains by their real Japanese names but the subs are using the English names AND spelling them wrong. So for example in the last fight when Ken screams "Vega!!" the subs will read "Baysom!!" You might as well just turn the subs off and watch it raw like I did because these subs are useless.

Had a chance to watch some of it while taking the screenshots and aside from a pretty good audio and video the subs had a few issues.... the timing is off once in a while aswell as some of the names are chinese translations... Ken is still Ken, Vega is Viga, and Ryu is something like Lueng ~_~.. I still liked this DVD, hope to see more objective reviews here soon!
