Overall:
Video:
Video almost great, but I've seen better. Has some grain, only noticeable with darker colours on the screen. There is a lot of video on 3 discs so it's expected.
Audio:
I watched with the japanese audio it was good, switched it a few times to the english dub to see how they word a few things. I didn't like the english voices for some of the characters, but the dialogue did differ from the subtitles.
Subtitle:
Subtitles were good. No errors or anything only one problem for me. When there is talking in the background, music or a speaker the subtitles get confusing because they shift the main dialogue around making it confusing, they do change to grey but its hard to keep up.
Comment:
all in all I was surprised with the set, its pretty good. You get some extras on each disc and even though I pointed out the subtitles, they were pretty much perfect.

Video:
The video quality for this set is perfect, with vibrant colours and no pixilation (even during heavy action scenes)
Audio:
English audio is great (Japanese audio seems good too, but I watched the show with the English audio, as the English voice actors, do a good job)
Subtitle:
Okay, now here is where the set gets a tad screwy and that?s with disc 3, episode 22. There?s two English, subtitle options, 1. being the regular subs, and 2. being for songs, signs and text (for those watching with the English audio, but who want to know what?s on signs, etc?) well in episode 22, suddenly, there?s subtitles and text subs, that have nothing to do with the episode that you?re watching, which continue on for the entire episode (but seem to correct themselves after episode 22). These can be turned off, or you can still use the actual subs for the episode simply by changing the English sub option to 1., but you?re kinda screwed, if, like me, you want to watch it in English and only have the signs subtitled.
Comment:
A great little amage to the old GRANDIZEResque, robot shows of yesteryear, with a nice little spin, that being, that all the costs of damage, both done and inflicted, are always being quibbled about by the company who own and operate the robot (i.e. ?do you know how much it?s going to cost to repair that arm??, etc? lol)

R1 ripped. Looks beautiful , didn't found any pixealation. Colours are vivid, bright, colourful
Audio:
No problems also. Contains English and Japanese Audio ...Those Ba Ba Ba, Ba ra ra ras sound perfect :)
Subtitle:
Not even one missing subtitle. Sometimes when there's a conversation going on int the background the Subs for that consversation appear in grey , while the main ones display in White (very nice)
Comment:
Extras : Creditless Opening / Ending , Tv Spots , Prodution Sketches . Found no problem with set, except that they wrote "Teh Perfect Collection" instead of "The Perfect Collection" :) ... and in the back of the Gatefold says in the sinopsis that includes only 5 episodes... That's not true , since this set contains the whole 26 episodes (Complete Serie) Otherwise , a pratically flawless set
