6 months after defeating Wataru Akiyama, Takumi Fujiwara is asked by Ryosuke Fujiwara to join a new group called Kangai that included both Keisuke and his brother, to race all over the world and gain knowledge of every aspect of his Akina 86. Before Takumi can give his answer, he has a couple of unfinished business to take care of. First, he wants a rematch with Kyoishi, the leader of the Emperor team to avenge his defeat from an unsanctionned battle.
