Video:

TV rip. The first 4 episodes are recorded on DVD-RAM. They have some disturbances from the TV source like vertical shadows and some pixelation due to the instant encoding. The last 8 episodes were recorded on tape. The TV source is slightly better, but there is some color blur and some tape glitches. And they seemed too bright in comparison to the first episodes.

Audio:

Noticed no problems on my cheap stereo TV.

Subtitle:

HK originals. For the first 4 episodes they are very understandable with all names right. On the last 8 episodes the subs are below averagE, all names except Nanaka are messed up (mostly Chinese names). Also the grammar and wording is crappy on these episodes. My personal favorite was "Please make a clean breast.", now that sounds like hentai to me ;) Of course everything is still understandable when seen in the context (just take a look at the screenshots I posted).

Fist 4 episodes are AV rip, last 8 episodes are MI rip. This was a nice short anime to watch inbetween. Light entertainment. Although some of the events and the humor are a little predictable, I still enjoyed it very much and can recommend it. But I would suggest to get the AV version, so that you get the good subtiltle quality for all episodes. Equipment used: Sony DVD-NS300 PAL codefree player; cheap Grundig 27" PAL stereo TV
