Video:
Purrrrrfection. As the movie is only an hour and 15mins (roughly), the video quality is as good as can be. Gorgeous 16X9 widescreen transfer without any flaws at all. The menu button hilights were off by a bit, but that's hardly anything to worry about. The movie's video itself was as good as it gets.
Audio:
Just as flawless as the video. The japanese audio track is clear, the volume levels are great, and the soundtrack sounds wonderful. After watching this movie twice, I don't think I even care about whether or not the show ever gets dubbed in English... the japanese voice acting is super.

Comment:
I can't say enough about this set. Even if it didn't come with the 2nd, short film, and all the extras this set has to offer, it would be worth every penny. It's possible, after a few more viewings, that the Cat Returns may edge out Spirited Away as my favorite Ghibli movie. The animation of the cats' movements is jaw-dropping, and all of the character designs put Disney to shame (not surprising these days). The movie oozes style, but at the same time, is a very quiet, light, fairy-tale-esque experience.
Can't recommend it enough.
