Video:
Decent TV rip, although it's different from the previous set. The TV source is better, no shadows or phantom pictures. But it's recorded on analogue tape instead of DVD-RAM. So you get some slight color blur, some few tape glitches and those typical distorted lines on the bottom of the screen (probably only visible if you watch it on the computer). But you also get less pixelation, since there was no on-the-fly encoding.
Audio:
Noticed no problems, although it's probably worse than DVD-ripped sound.

Comment:
This is an MI rip (logo shows up from time to time). I thought it was not as good as the previous set (the AV rip) in terms of sub quality, but still I can recommend this fantastic anime to everyone.
