Video:
Video on this was good for the most part. A bit of motion blur here and there when the camera panned, didn't bother me too much. The only real problem was at the very end where things got a little jerky. By then, however, you're not missing much.
Audio:
Lots of little audio options. Even has DTS if you have a system to support it. By the way, I loved Lilianthal's dub voice. I just love over-the-top German accents, they make me laugh.

Comment:
Packaging: Regular black clamshell design, with lots of Japanese writing on the back.
Extras: An interview with the filmmakers, biographies on the famous people cloned throughout the OVA, a photo gallery, and the trailer.
Fun little series. The complete obsession with books Yomiko has is something I can relate to, so I thought it was pretty funny. The show reeks of that distinct Victorian-esque super hero show. Like League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The odd thing is this supposedly takes place in the present day. Then why, I ask, does all the technology look all antiquated and such? In any event, I'd say it's worth 7 dollars.
