This is such a great series, even with it's faults i enjoyed it immensely. Video: 3/5- Washed out colors, jumpy screen sometimes.. not very good at all. Audio:3/5- Audible buzzing sometimes, almost always when they arent talking. Subbing: 3.5/5- Not the best, some names are wrong.. some names are spelled wrong but pronounces the same, understandable but not very good. Case: 4/5- Standard DVD cases inside a cardboard case.

Video: 3.0 Definitely not a R2 dvd rip. I'm pretty sure its copied from a vhs quality or tv rip. Can easily tell because of the color and sharpness. Not DVD quality Audio: 3.0 Sounds seems pretty average. Subtitles: 3.0 As a fan of the manga, translations are about 60-70% of what they mean. Animation Studio subtitles are rarely good. I have the fansub for 1-15 and the subtitles pretty much say the same meaning but AS words it in 'engrish' that its harder for people to understand.

Shoddy video, fine audio and acceptable subs. The video looks to be a poor TV rip, which is a pity as apart from that it isn't too bad a set. As a note Set 2 and 3 of HXH are much better.
