Reviews for Touch TV Part 2
Video:
Audio:
Subtitles:

Overall:

Video:

the video quality is top notch

Audio:

argh...the audio is desynched badly (around 2 seconds). if u read the previous review seems that this is a problem on animegod's version only.

Subtitle:

the subs aren't fansub quality...they don't make sense most of the time, and in the topic moments you can't get what's being said at all

Comment:

I'm very disappointedabout the audio desynch. animegod didn't send me this set even if they sent me part 1 and 3 many months before, so it means there must have been something fishy going on with this part 2. now we know what it was.

Overall:

Video:

For such an old show, the video quality on this set is excellent, with very little artifacting seen on part 1.

Audio:

Likewise, the audio transfer is done well, although there is some weird static halfway through one of the episodes.

Subtitle:

I would say that the subtitles for the first half of the disc are almost fansub quality... But right around my most hated (content-wise) moments of the show on this set, the Chinese names, the crap grammar, the evil demon, surfaces.

Comment:

I hated the philosophical approach of the second half of this set so content-wise I didn't enjoy watching it. Let's just say its a cross between that ESPN-original football movie about "roughing it out" to winning a championship and Latrell Sprewell choking P.J. Carlesimo, only with the roles reversed. (Review of MI set--but Mac/MI releases should be same/similar)
