Video:

good video, everything is crisp and clear.

Audio:

Great Audio. I use a stereo to hear my audio and everything sounded fine.

Subtitle:

The subetitles were good for almost the whole series. Almost. The second to last or last episode messes everything up. For a whole episode the subtitles are like 5 minutes behind and its hard to understand anything thats happening. THis is the episode where everything concludes and gets explained, so it leaves you not understading a bunch of stuff. Its just one episode, but its pretty much the worst episode they could have messed up the subtitles.

Comment:

The series was alright. Nothing new. THe messed up subtitles kinda ruined it for me. It really wasn't as good as i expected it to be.

Video:

I would have given the video all 5 points if it wasnt for a few episodes on the last disc that were very high quality fainsubs instead of dvd rips. Still very good though.

Audio:

No drop outs, Nothing exceptional sound.

Subtitle:

I must admit these subs are excellent. Unfortunetlly the last epsides the subs got a tad bit worse. They were spelling names wrong and not subbing every line. ANd the last epsiode the opening (which wasnt the theme) they ddint sub the conversation beweteen megumi and hanoru. But I still understood eveything very good subs most likely a okay fansub rip.

ok, the video for the disc 1 and 2 are gorgeous, no major compression artifact, or pixelation. However, on the 3rd disc from episode 20 they start using TV rips, and godammit they're disgusting and awful, loads of ghosting, fuzzy picture....yuck

Ok the subs are solid, definately fansubs, however on disc 2 if l rememeber correctly l had some garbage like 100 before the lines appeared which were strange. However, they're definately really good, since l have the R1s of the first two volumes and although some minor differences, the subs are brillant

ahem...Eva clone, though better than Evangelion in my opinion, lots of filler episodes and its really does get good in the later episodes. Its a great series, though its not as good as everyone says it is though
