Video:
The show is very very old, so the video shows the age. It's a little dull and a grainy feel, but surprisingly sharp still. I have no real issues other then it just plain looking crappy due to the old animation.
Audio:
Sounds mono, or muffled. I don't know what the source was from, but it is clear to hear and everything, but noticable old.

Comment:
The packaging is definantly an odd one. The 'box' can be taken apart, so you can make it like a regular DVD case. The box picture is actually an insert! So if you desired, you can replace the insert, re-assemble the box, and then have made your own boxset! The DVD cases inside are slightly smaller then a regular case (so regular DVDs will NOT fit) and slightly longer and less wide. Definantly unique. The menus are rather boring, but that's understandable. The show itself... well I didn't know what to expect at all. It turned out to be a major major kiddy show with kiddy show elements. Yeah, classic... ok. I didn't like it, but that's really my fault since I had no knowledge of the show previously. If you know what you're getting into, and you really do want to get this series... go for it! This set is very good quality, and definantly a different one.
