I have had 3 copies of this release, and all of them have the mentioned glitch problem is episode 5-6, a shame as everything else about this release was great. Dunno if they just made a bad batch, or they are all like this, but I hear the 2-Disc MI set is great, and the region 1 is out now, so if possibly try to find either one of those first.

Video 3.5 ? Pretty good. A few rainbows here and there MAJOR compression artifacts on the episode title cards and a couple of jitters in the video. The disk says it?s a DVD 9 but I kinda doubt that. A DVD 9 can easily hold 6 episodes without a problem?.I haven?t seen the MI version but can someone tell me if it also has these problems?

Audio 4.5 ? Your normal stereo track. No echo, fake 5.1 or hum.

Subtitle:

Subtitles 3.5 ? PERFECT translation too bad the timing ruins some of it? Sometimes the subs get behind and you?ll hear Youta talking but be reading what Ai was just saying I can only remember this kind of thing happening once or twice, but if you really pay attention its not a major problem. Also sometimes the subs can be a little late or early or never arrive at all.

But it works perfectly so I have to give it a 5.0?hehe ~NOTE: I had to return my VGAI disk becasue I got one from a bad batch. The last 2 epsidoes had weird skipping problems.:END NOTE~
