Region 1 rip. This is probably the best this show will ever look given its age.
Audio:
The japanese track sounded fine.. for the few minutes I listened to it (see below). The english track, however, was slightly off. The audio would cue up before the action on screen. It wasn't so bad that the movie was unwatchable, but it was definitly irritating at times.

Comment:
Well, MAC dropped the ball on this one. I don't have a problem slugging through a bad dub, but I *really* wanted to watch this show in its original form. The de-synced audio only added insult to injury. Oh, and the ending credits were cut out for reasons that escape me.
As for the movie itself? I found it to be quite engrossing. This was my first taste of anything Urusei Yatsura, yet I still found plenty to like. I only wish the presentation hadn't been so poor. If only I could track down the Anime Studio release.. Oh well, I'll probably pick up the Region 1 release soon enough.
