Overall:
Video:
The video on this set seemed to be from a TV rip but still looked very good overall like the first set. Well done here.
Audio:
Solid, again, like the first set with no errors in audio synch or directional issues as well as being clear and crisp.
Subtitle:
Things have taken a major turn for the worst here. The first Prince of Tennis set had good subtitling from a fansub, while this appears to be a HK original subbing job, and a bad one at that. While the story is still understandable, there is engrish, spelling errors, typoes, and timing issues everywhere on the second set of Prince of Tennis. I'd recommend waiting a while for a different version of this set before buying this one as a result.
Comment:
Like in my first review, The Prince of Tennis is like a fighting anime except instead of fighting techniques, they use tennis moves. It has better character development and humor than most fighting series though, and I recommend the series overall. I do not, however, recommend buying this set due to the horrible subtitling. Get the first set which is fine in this regard, and hope for a better second set release in the future.
