Also appears to be copied directly from R2, as the font style, the subtitle positions, and even the translucency of the subs (probably a rarity on ANY DVD outside of Japan) is not ordinarily the usual HK style. A half-point is docked, though, for a misspelling in the English subs. Also, for some reason, they decided to keep the Japanese subs in and not include any Chinese subs -- also rarities for HKs.

Comment:

The only major debit is the opening menu -- while lovely to look at, the menu doesn't work. But, as mentioned in the previous reviews, this can be remedied by using the buttons on your remote. In any version (including the upcoming R1 version this fall), this is money well spent -- a humorous look at the anime industry by a newbie in the business. Definitely worth a look, and all done in one shot (though albeit a brief one).

didn`t notice any problems on my 4 speaker set up.

perfect with no missing lines,misspelling or misstimed lines.The back of the dvd case says english and japanese sub. no chinese.

Menu-1/5 The play option would only start the program when I pressed the play button on the remote instead of the enter button.The other buttons for chapter,subs and extra aren`t useable.Fun show.

Comment:

The menu won't work correctly, but you can toggle the subs and access the 2 minutes of extra stuff via remote control. Total running time is only 40 minutes. If you ever dreamt about working in an animation studio, better watch this funny OVA before. Recommended!
