Subtitle:

3.50 Definite improvement over the first two volumes. Is that why Volume 3 took so long? Translation is better and sentences are slightly less Engrishy and easier to understand. Still has its share of typos, is a bit simplistic and Engrish remains, however. A few names show inconsistency in spelling in this Disc alone: Kirika will be called Lenwu for one episode, Kamidake will sometimes also be called Snake Monster or Guard Snake (though I'm glad it finally gets called Kamidake for an episode or two), etc. Word choice still suffers, as ship is always called "boat", and crew members "sailors". Gender is noted in the subs as usually being male, whether the dialogue is referring to a female character or not.

Comment:

Chaptering improves. Instead of it being just one for each episode, it's now divided into opening, episode, closing, next episode preview. Everything is subbed, including the closing credits' song this time. There is also a "special feature" part that I did not check out.
