Video:

The video quality is a little above average. Very detailed work and I didn't really see any disfuntions on this dvd set.

Audio:

The audio is good. Everything is heard clearly with the same amount of volume.

Subtitle:

I'd have to say. this is one of the better anime subtitles I've seen; coming straight out of Hong Kong that is. Although the subtitles switches the last and firsts names of the characters, (when you hear a character say Hayato, you actually see the name Kazami and vice versa), its still very understandable and is a lot better than having the names changed at all.

Comment:

I love racing and I love this series. To me, I actually think this is a better anime racing series than Initial D but that's just my opinion. If you're into racing or transforming mechs (Shoji Kawamori of Macross Plus fame designed the cars for the series), you should really give this anime series a try. Who knows, you might end up liking it too.
