Oni:
This is the first OVA, consists of 9 episodes. These 9 episodes are split in a Part 1 and 2. Part 1 is episode 1-3. Part 2 is episode 4-9. Video quality for both is about the same as the video quality of the TV series on the FX release, it just has a tad less pixelation, since it's 7 episodes on Disc 1, and 2 episodes on Disc 2. Very good looking, with only VERY, VERY minor compression artifacts, not worthy taking .5 points of the score.
Eikoden:
Wow, this looks great. Since this is a very recent OVA, the picture quality is very good. It uses more digital animation and cell animation then the TV series and first OVA, so it's great. There is second to none pixelation. Allmost nothing. Once again, not enough to take .5 points of the score.
Note: I posted some screenshots. The last 2 pictures show the pixelation 'at worst'. So you don't have to worry much about that.
Audio:
Um, yeah. Great. I didn't hear any weird thing, nor did I notice de-syncing in the audio (a problem some other FX sets have). Solid Stereo track.

Comment:
Of the 3 sets released of this series, released by FX, I thought this was the best. Since the episodes are split on the discs in a smarter way, the video has allmost no compression artifacts. Next to that the audio is 'perfect' and so are the subtitles.
UPDATE: Posted a bunch of screenshots.
Very recommended.
About the series itself... I thought they were OK. The Fushigi Yuugi TV series could definately do without them, but they are OK additions to the series if you liked it before.
