The disc comes in a single alpha case with the disc art the same a the picture on the case. VIDEO: The video is the worst part of this dvd and it is not even that bad. The is a bit of grain in most of the movie, and in some scenes mostly the high-motion ones there is some macroblocking. AUDIO: The audio is very good. There are japanese and english tracks. SUBTITLES: The subtititles are perfect R1 rips. OTHER NOTES: The disc contains no extras. This is a very good DVD and the show is awsome

Kite (pronounced "Key-tae?) is technically speaking a very accomplished anime; the visuals are stunning and the jazzy soundtrack adds to its general dark atmosphere. It is a violent, disturbing movie (the director?s cut is classified as hentai) reminding of the famous La Femme Nikita (the original French version). However, it is very short (about 45-50 minutes) which doesn?t leave room for much character development. More of a sketch than a movie, Kite is passable entertainment with a lot of style and little substance.
