Overall:
Video:
very clear no pixelation noticed looks like a r2 rip
Audio:
dolby 5.0!!!
Subtitle:
a fansub rip with two lines missing and a couple of typos
Comment:
this series so far adds nothing new or exciting to anime! but if youre a fan of romance/fun slightly etchi anime than this is right up youre street (love hina etc)! all i wanna do now is finish the series off!

Video:
Picture looks fine, but if people remember that translucent and super-subtle/faint green horizontal bar problem from previous MI titles (see Kenshin Seisouhen OVA, Argento Soma), it's here as well. Also some grain in night-time/dark scenes.
Audio:
No discernable problems with the audio.
Subtitle:
Fansubs. Great usually, but also has the typical occasional typo or missing word or unsubbed line. Timing is usually spot-on and doesn't fall more than half-a-line behind the dialogue when it is off.
Comment:
I loved the first four episodes of the series when it focused solely on Kaoru and Aoi, but I have mixed feelings about the five that follow that turn this anime into something Tenchi Muyo/Love Hina-esque (a bunch of beautiful women living with just one guy).
