Video:
The first episode on this disc is still a DVD rip. It's quality is awesome. See my reviews for disc 1 and 2's video to know what this lone episode is like. For the rest of the disc though, the video quality drops slightly. Yes, from the second episode of the disc to the last, they're TV rips. I didn't notice any major changes. The flickering around the mouths and other thin black lines still remains. The only thing I noticed was that the video was SLIGHTLY more blurry. I emphasis on slightly. It's not that much. Overall though, the video is decent, and it didn't detract from my viewing, and I hope it won't from yours.
Audio:
Sound still comes through clear. Sound is hard to mess up on I guess. I heard no distortion or anything in the music or voices. SOund is excellent on this disc as it has been for the whole series.

Comment:
The final disc of this extremely cute and funny series! The show wraps up pretty neatly. Well, the show really had no main plot or anything besides a bunch of girls in high school, but it still wraps up :) THe last episode had me so sad (most last episodes do, though). For the disc itself, everything was fine, to me. When you pop it in, the first episode is like normal from the first 2 discs. THen, when episode 2 comes on, you know something has changed. First off, they cut out the episode title. It's just a still sho that says the episodes name. Doesn't destroy the release, but it's still kind of bad they took it out. Luckily the next episode previews stayed intact. And eyecatches aren't present in this disc either, but again, they aren't that special, so you're not missing anything there. If you can ignore the slight drop in video for the last few episodes, I highly recommend picking up the last disc in the series. Of course, after viewing the first 2 :) This is one of the funniest, cutest, and heart warming animes I have ever seen, and is a great break for those of us who have been watching Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Hellsing, and the like :) So, I'll say it again, THIS SHOW IS A MUST FOR EVERYONE!!!
