Overall:
Video:
Very good. There is some pixelation, but only now and then. Far better than some of the earlier sets.
Audio:
Nothing to complain about on my simple stereo TV.
Subtitle:
Average HK originals. Wrong names, bad grammar, but still understandable.
Comment:
Only 4 eps on a disc is a little bit disappointing for a series with 150+ eps. Content is still good, with a new member joining the crew.

Video:
A bit of pixelation (mostly in the opening and closing, especially the new one that premieres in this disc) but overall the usual stunning quality of One Piece.
Audio:
Sounds good to me, but my setup kind of sucks.
Subtitle:
As usual, names are all wrong, but most names are english-sounding anyway so it's easy to tell what they really are. The subs on One Piece continue to improve with each volume, and these are pretty good for HK originals. Everything is understandable, and engrish is almost gone. Grammer is pretty shabby, though. The narration during the opening theme still makes no sense, though.
Comment:
More One Piece goodness, as this show continues to impress by being great even into the 80-episode range. This disc contains the first half of the Drum Island/Chopper arc, and it's alot of fun. With only four episodes here, though, it's probably good to buy this with volume ten (the second half of the story) or you'll be left hanging. There's a couple of extras here too-you get charecter design sheets, and a profile video on Sanji, which isen't subtitled. If you liked the rest of One Piece, this disc does not disapoint.
