Video:
Seeing as this is a rip of the R1 release (at least from what I can tell) the video stays pretty darn solid and dosesn't suffer from much in the way of imperfections or degregation of picture quality. The glitching issues mentioned by some of the other reviewers are something that I didn't come across my self (I played it through my PAL PS2 W/ updated drivers). In short though, the video on this release is pretty sweet.
Audio:
Again, pretty much the same thing applies to the audio. Since this is a rip of the R1 version, identical audio tracks are in place. Whilst I did not suffer any of the video glitches, every so often the English/Japanese track would sometimes be as much as a second out of sync with what's going on screen. Now this would only usually happen after prolonged viewing, (I watched through nearly three hours in one sitting before it started to occur) so it *may* be the PS2 as I had some issues with a few other DVD's (not just HK ones either). All in all though, the audio on this disc is fairly impressive and discarding what I just said (it may be player specific after all), the audio on this set doesn't really have any major flaws at all.

Comment:
A decent release. Being my favourite part of the Street Fighter anime productions, SF2V really does a good job of fleshing out the characters whilst dealing out a substantial amount of whoop a$$ at the same time. The set too is preety darn spiffy and well worth getting if you like Street Fighter, or indeed, any fighting anime in general. This is good stuff.

I didn't notice any problems with the audio at all actually. But on episode 5 about halfway through it glitched up and skipped to the next ep. Was able to force it to play on a friend's DVD player, it's mainly a filler ep, nothing big missed. So overall this was a great release.
