Kei is like any other 10th grade student, but he has a secret. Whenever he starts to feel down, his body goes into what he calls "being stuck", where you do not age or even breath, causeing Kei to actually be 18, but look like he is only 16. Mizuho is an alien who came to earth in order to observe humans, and becomes the teacher of Kei. Because Kei knows about her, Mizuho and Kei are forced to get married to get rid of the principles misunderstanding, but there is one catch, they cannot tell anyone they are married.
