For the last two years, Tenchi Masaki has played host to six lovely ladies from space - Princess Ayeka of Jurai; her younger sister, Sasami; Galaxy Police Detectives Kiyone and Mihoshi; the scientific genius Washu and, of course, the number one space pirate, Ryoko. However, all good things come to an end and Tenchi decides to transfer to a high school in Tokyo and start his apprenticeship so as to eventually take charge of the Masaki shrine. Naturally, the girls can't bear the thought of Tenchi being away, so the ever resourceful Washu conjures up a dimensional tunnel so they can keep an eye on him. And Tenchi certainly needs watching when he falls for his classmate Sakuya Kumashiro, much to Ayeka and Ryoko's fury. However, Sakuya isn't the only new player in this adventure. Who is the mysterious Yugi and why is she so intent on keeping Tenchi and the girls apart?<br />
