I love this little series lots of action no real need for plot. This series has a great 80's appeal. I enjoyed this show when I first got into anime and now seeing it again with clean DVD video made it that much better. This set has the OST CD with it which is cool.

Ahoy there!!, the video on this set was very good, there were some instances of 'rainbowing' in certain scenes which were frequent throughout, but overall the picture was really good despite the age of the series. Also there was a slight glitch in the end of the first episode when the spaceship crashes and then freezes for a second, and then continues normally. Other than that good rip
Audio:
sounded perfect to me, no audio dropouts or anything, unless l suddenly inherited a hearing problem l give the set 5/5 for sound. The english dub was really good fun to listen to as well, and the japanese dub sounded good too. you also get a soundtrack CD too, so you can listen to the 80s badness like dance away and grrove away...or maybe not

Well I'm mixed about this series, l had great fun watching it when l was younger but watching it again sort of turned out into a chore, the only outstanding episode was Love and Robots which was fantastic, and l really did like that. However, the others were a mixed bag, and the series sort of is al ove or hate kind of vibe too it
