Video:
Like Part 1, R2 DVD quality, all of the fast/action/fighting are pixellated even the intermission is pixelled. I love the character's design of the enemies in Part 2, especially Mr 3, his hairstyle is so cool and I like the way the ones that got the power of the Devil Fruit uses their special ability. Awseome stuff to see.

No problem detected, I hate the 3rd ending song but love the 4rth one

Comment:
I really enjoyed Part 2 of One Piece
Most of the new enemy were way cool to witness, here's some of them:
Mr 5: He ate the bomb devil fruit and now, every part of his body is explosive. Man, this guy was the best enemy so far i've seen. He pick a snot in his nose and shoot it like a exploding bullet, way cool. At one time, he did a explosive clotheline on a person. But nothing beats is snot nose technique
Miss Valentine: The devil fruit fruit she ate makes her body choose any weight she desire, she sits on the person and can crush him like a grape and with her umbrella, she can flight way up in the air and crashes like a ton of brick on the ground, awseome, she's Mr 5 partner and both of them together are a menacing threat to everybody
Mr 3: His body is made of wax (because of the devil fruit) and can turn any human body into hard stone to decorate his own house with living statues. His waxing technique are fun to see, he makes a giant cake out of wax to welcome our heros, however the wax is weak against fire but this guy knows how to throw a party.
Miss Golden Week: With her painting brush, she can change the person emotion by inscribing a symbol on him or on the ground. She can command him to do whetever she wants but her ability is fun to see
Princess Vivi was a great addition for On Piece. While Luffy and the gang still search for the legendary One Piece, they must travel to Alabastan for clues but on their way there, they find the princess who infiltrate the BarockWalker in order to find who started a civil war in her hometown. She likes to travel with Run-Run, a huge duck (she even mounts on him). Her weapon is 2 swirling cycle and she knows on how to use it. Vivi can't believe sometimes when Luffy and the gang goes against the odds
against the powerful members of the BarockWalker (Mr 0 to Mr 12, the lower the rank, the more dangerous they become). Can't wait to see on how she will behave in Part 3.
Some fighting scene were cool to see. On episode 67, Zoro takes on 100 members of the Barock Walker by himself. And with his three sword technique, he create mayhem until he runs to Mr5.
Luffy and Zoro faces each other on Episode 69, Zoro takes a hell of a beating (yet again) but these two fight to the fullest of their ability to either destroy themself or the town for that matter
Luffy is so carefree so whenever he and his crewman are in danger, he goes staightforward into trouble much to the displeased of Usopp and Namy. Zoro likes to sleep alot without doing much, Usopp creates bullets for his slingshot, Sanji loves to cook and flirt with Namy. They all go nuts whenever lunch/dinner/super is ready. Whenver another pirate ship passes them, how knows what will happen to them (the other pirates).
Overall, One Piece Part 2 was great to watch. With new enemies with Devil Fruit, a sea with plenty of chaos, towns that can create mayhem with the arrival of Luffy and the gang, a jungle full of prehistoric dinosaur, you won't get bored watching it. Luffy and the gang are prety unpredictable so anything goes witht them. Can't wait to start Part 3 HIGHLY RECOMMANDED, but don't take the AV version, get the MAC instead (unless it's a rip of another HK company)
