The video is the same as the first set. A very good TV rip. I really enjoyed it. This series has some very cool visuals.

Audio:

Fine for me. No problems that I noticed.

Subtitle:

Again, we have the subtitles that are riddled with spelling errors and random letters. It could be a big problem, but you never lose the gist of what is going on. They get the job done.

Comment:

No extras on this set. No previews, just episode to episode. Only opening at begining of disc and only end credits at end of disc. This series is very cool.

TV rip no doubt. there were a few points at which the video would get diced up, so to speak. Howevever, for the most part the video is great (considering the source of course).

Audio:

Average, nothing speacial, didn't notice any problems, but yet again there was nothing to great about it. Average for HKs I guess.

Subtitle:

Pretty well done, don't know the source, but besides minor spelling and grammar mistakes, things are for the most part, flawless. And one thing to be noted is that e-mail adresses appear at times, which can be irritating.

Comment:

Well, this set goes hand in hand with the first part. The quality is excellent for a TV rip, and a great series too. BUY!

TV rip, but a very good one. There is a little bit of color bleeding, and the colors don't loke very vivid, but overall one of the best TV rips I've seen. Very watchable

Audio:

Sounded like a good TV rip. Only a tiny bit of humming at some points, and a few cracks here and there.

Subtitle:

Great! Taken from fansubs. Very good use of punctuation. Only a few spelling errors, and no timing problems that I remember of. The only problem was that sometimes "K!" would be intersted in the subs for no reason (only a few episodes, and it doesn't happen often). Probably a problem when mastering the subtitles, but it doesn't take anything away from the great subs.

Comment:

It's a very good release for a VERY good action series. Even though the story is pretty predictable, I like the series a lot! Quite a bit of action, with a nice story. - MI Logo's appear in about every 2 episodes. - 2 chapter stops per episode. - This set contains episode 14-24 (24 is the last).

Pretty much about what i wrote of the 1set also aplies here so ... I't's a TV or Vhs Rip from a TV .The Menus are in English. Video : 3.5/5.It's Pretty Watchable for a TV Rip...nothing excepcional but no crap either. The bottom of the screen presents some Distorcion(just a couple of lines). Audio : 3.5/5. No problems but not DVD quality. Japanese 2 ch. Subtitles : 4/5 . Well it's probably fansubs...there's a couple of misspellings and some weird pontuacion...but that's all. The Timings are correct and you will have no problem following the story. Extras : None Package : It comes in a Gatefold that holds the 2 DVDs. One is a DVD5 the other a DVD 9.I think that they have put the entire Set in 3 DVD 9s and spare the trouble of having to buy 2 different packages ... Overall : If You want to watch the Show this will get the job done...shame about not being a DVD Rip.

To start off, this set is almost identical in quality as the first set. This set is a VHS rip (complete with VHS distortion at the bottom of the screen). THis set doesn't really accel in way shape or form, but it is however good enough to watch. Video 3/5 The video is still pretty bad. It's an obvious VHS rip, so there is the aforementioned distortion at the bottom, as well as color bleeding, blurriness, and a general amount of fuzziness. Aside from the complaints, it doesn't really macroblock at all, and the video was good enough to score a 3, however, Mi should have made this from DVD source (since it's readily available). Audio 3.5/5 I didn't notice as much dropping out as I did in the first set. THe first set did it a lot more often than I could tell in this set, but the audio isn't perfect. It is however really clear, but just like the first set, the volume will get kinda quiet or muffled sometimes. Edit: If you turn the set up a bit louder, and wear headphones, you can actually hear the Hum of a VCR running. Subtitles 4/5 No improvement. The subtitles are very good in that they're very readble, and the grammer is correct, however, they seem to misspell a LOT of words. And every once and a while, you'll see the line break commands in the actual subtitle. This set concludes a pretty interesting storyline, and I think it would be in the best interest of the anime viewer to check this out. However, for someone who wants to keep this a while, may want to go for the R1 DVDs if they want better video and audio quality, but if you're someone who just wants to see it, then this a great buy.
