Video:

This is a two title show, with two unrelated shows being put together. Both shows combined had a running time of about an hour. This DVD contains no mosaics. I do believe the menus are reversed, Co-Ed Affairs under Office Affairs and vice-versa. This is a rip. Co-Ed Affairs had somewhat poor animation, with the characters movements jerky and not flowing much. But their was plenty of detail. Office Affairs seemed to flow smoothly, but the drawing style seemed old.

Audio:

I watched this title with Japanese audio and subtitles on. However, there is an English dub present for your enjoyment. The audio sounded great in stereo to me, you could hear all the voices and effects clearly.

Subtitle:

This is a rip. There was only 1 or 2 lines missing in Office Affairs, and they were trivial. The quality of the translation is very questionable. I do believe there was some localization done to the title. If you watched the dub, you probably could not tell. However, listening to the Japanese language track, I picked up on something. At the beginning of Co-Ed Affairs, the male character is referred to as a neighbor in the subtitles and on the title of the documentary, however, listening to the soundtrack, he is a brother of one of the girls involved. (There is no incest in this title however.) I saw a few other lines that were inflated, normally with sexual metaphors that were not necessary. Just be warned, the translation is not 100% accurate.

Comment:

Packaging: The cover of this title is very alluring and attractive. The back sports a description of the two shows included and a few pictures. The credits were cut from this title. I was kind of irritated at the localization of the translation, but that is just being picky. Co-Ed Affairs was presented from a unique vantage point being posed as a documentary. Office Affairs had an interesting twist with the boss character. The title is successful in being a decent hentai DVD. It is explicit and you will get your money's worth if you are purchasing this for the hentai action.
