The first part of fost of the north star contains episodes 1-49 of the first series. Kenshiro, the succesor of hokuto shinken, wonders the apocalyptic wasteland searching for shin, his one time friend who took his love, Yuria. follow him as he fights shin's most powerful henchman along the way until he meets up with the man himself. after this we are introduced to rei, who becomes kens closest friend as they fight of the kiba wolve's and jagi, kens evil brother. the final parts contain the introduction of the two of the most powerful fighters of the time, raoh and toki, both kens brothers but each with different goals....<br />
