The video on this dvd isnt bad at all, actually very good for a HK, some minor ghosting in places.

The japanese dub is pretty clear although I wish they would have included the english track. (Its avaliable on vhs)

The Ova is so much better than the TV series.. no one should be without this dvd!

Video 5 - The video was good (better then most). I watched it on my computer and noticed very little flaws in the video (nothing that really effects the quality at all).

Audio 5 - Crisp and clear. There might have been a slight background noise, but if there was I did not notice it. Once again, very good for HK.

This set does have openings and endings (which for M is something that you usually don't see until the newer sets). The ending of the last episode is cut partway (which is sad because it is the only different ending in the OVA). The last episode looks like it has no opening, but that is actually in the show, it was not cut out. Overall 4.5 - If you like Master of Mosquiton, or you are a fan of comidy and vampire anime, then the set is worth getting.edited by shintojuunana on 05 Dec 2002 2:40 pm

Video- 5/5 I really didn't see anything wrong with the video in this series. I don't have anything hi-tech right now, so it looked just fine. It was nice and smooth Sound- 5/5 Everything sounded great to me. Subtitles- 4/5 I'm not sure what their source was, but it's either some form of fansubs or really good HK origional. Grammar was really good, and everything was perfectly understandable. Except in one part of one episode. Things got a bit jumbled and there were a lot of typos. Over all, easy to watch, but hard for the nit picky. Content- 5/5 I really like this show.. however this might be a balance of my dislike of the TV series and the long wait I had trying to find this title. It's a pretty good mix of comedy and action. Not really much angst which is almost refreshing to see these days. As much as I like angst, there's way too much of it. The ending is a bit open, so those who like total closure beware, it might prick a nerve, but it's pretty worth it. Warning to those who care: a good bit of nudity in this show, and some perversion. Nothing completely raunchy, but certainly a bit more than your average show. Considering tihs is only a six episode OVA, I recommend it to anyone who likes a good story with a light heart.
