Video:
Looked great in my Apex DVD player and DVD-ROM drive. I do believe there is an MI version out there with incorrect region coding, these DVDs played fine however.
This is an Odex rip. The menu is in a neat interface, with the intro music playing in the background with various footage in the background.
About 4 OVAs on the first DVD, 2 on the second.
Audio:
I watched this title with Japanese audio and subtitles on. There is no English dub present. The audio sounded great in stereo to me, you could hear all the voices and effects clearly.

Comment:
I watched this after the TV series, and I feel it is better to watch it that way, as the OVA contains spoilers.
Packaging:
Nice cover with female protagonist on the front. She was also on the DVDs. On the back are SD (super deformed) characters.
Fan Service:
Pretty good amount, this is an anime with futuristic sports events, so you get to see the characters in various outfits. There is nudity, but no detail is drawn in.
Content:
This title left a bad taste in my mouth, but was slightly better than the TV series. It was shorter than the TV series, so that may be a possible reason. This was just a personal observation, something just didn't feel right to me about this title. I felt I should be enjoying it with all the bishoujos around, but I didn't for some unknown reason. I am not much of a sports anime fan, so that may be it (or it could be something else...).
In conclusion, all I can say is I watched it. My advice is to read a synopsis of the show and make up your own mind.
