No problems with the video, audio or subs. Very hard to care for the story, especially if you haven't seen Patlabor 1. Although it starts with a compelling premise it fails short to deliver mostly due to the slow pacing that leaves the war vs peace meditations fall flat. Not much in terms of action or character development, features okay animation and okay soundtrack but nothing extraordinary.
