Video looks good with very little distortion or grainy effects. Certain portions maybe slightly blurry but it could be the film itself rather than the rip recording.
Audio:
Sounds more like STEREO than 5.1 but most of it is clear and not muffled. I tried only the Jap audio.

Comment:
This being an OVA is somewhat short and there isn't really an ending. The story is rather predictable with a group of sexy girls (cyborgs or robots) trying to save the world. Lots of fanservice and you might want to get it if you're into that ^_^.
